Farm Bought Vs Store Bought Beef
I just wanted to let all you hardcore carnivores out there know this. We all don't have farmer friends or butchers but it would behoove you to if you can. You can buy a half a beef(cow) Prices vary of course for about 1 dollar a lb, but thats an average on all cuts, including tenderloin, tbone, sirloin, roast, and burger, but the lean quality is much more better than store bought. So your burgers won't become mamas burger( we all Know those) they actually be PATTIES, not meat balls. You may think spending 400 dollars on meat at one time is expensive but your freezer(deep freeze, not fridge) will be full for ever. Just start adding the cost every week you buy red meat. Its also cheaper on pork and chicken. Just my 2cents.
