    almonds

    Hi guys

I'm eating almonds as part of my diet plan but I'm struggling to locate almonds at a reasonae price. Is there a suitable alternative to almonds in the but family such as peanuts or cashews?

    Try the almond/peanut/cashew butters?

They'll do the job to hit the macros you want, and go for the organic ones. Not the processed crap

I switch up all the time. Almonds, peanuts, cashews, walnuts, pecans, etc
I think you can switch very easily to another nut for a while.....
