What sites can I look up for good diet plans for a beginer lifter to really up my weight and strength. High quality protein, and sources of good Carbs, distinguishing between the times of day I should intake certain carbs.
Currently 170lbs, 5'10, 20yrs old.
I want to gain another 15lbs of solid muscle, but I need recepies and things like that. My goal is to gain that 15 in one year.
