    Post Workout Carbs question

    I usually do cardio 3 to 4 times out of 5 of my lifting sessions during the week. The cardio is usually running on the treadmill for about 15 minutes at a fast pace. I just started drinking 1 serving of grape juice after my whole workout to get the simple carbs in my body. My question is should I drink the grape juice immediately following my workout, before the cardio, or should I continue to drink the grape juice immediately following the cardio, after the whole workout? Does it make a difference?

    Eat a meal an hour before yourworkout or a protein/carb shake 15-20 minutes before your workout. Next is your workout, than follow your workout with your cardio and then drink your pwo shake with carbs. But for best results do your cardio in the am on an empty stomach and lift later in the day.
