Flax oil is a EFA. go to ASN and do a search for it. It is the good fats your body need and does not produce. By giving yourself the good fats you body will start to let go of the fat it holds. Drop some of those carbs and ditch the milk. At 23% you should save your carbs for post workout and up fat intake through out the day. remember GOOD fats. Get some L-Carnitine for your pre-cardio and pre-workout stack, this will help trasnport fat into the Mitocondria to be utilized as fuel. You r first meal of the day should be a solid one IMO, eat egg whites for breakfast with a couple of regular eggs or organic eggs if you can get them. Hope some of this helps
