    Red Hot Franks Sauce

Is it ok to put this stuff on every meal I eat?

It has no nutritional value, no fat, no cals. So can I load my sandwhich up with this stuff and it won't matter? Thanks agian everyone.

I would use it sparingly, it is loaded with sodium still.

Does it have a lot of sodium? If it's loaded I would either find something else with lower sodium or not use it at all if your trying to cut up.

Well, I'm pretty sure it does, most sauces and hot sauces are filled with sodium. Unfortanetly is causes me to use my tobasco sauce sparingly and I love my tobasco.

I found some hot sauce at Wal Mart called "Valentines" or something like that. Its kick ass cheap (1.50 for a quart, big as bottle) and it has no nutritional value, and the sodium is real low. I dont remeber exactly, maybe....170 g per tbl spoon. Not to bad for a sauce, and its DAMN good. Try it out, youll be hooked
