    90 Day H202 Detox

This is going to be my 90 Day Hydrogen Peroxide Nutritional Detox experiment. I'm using a Food Grade 35% H202. I dilute my mixture following a ratio of 1 part H202: 15 parts distilled H20. I'll eventually increase my potency to the standardized 1 part H202: 11 parts distilled H20 ( ie. 1oz 35% Pure H202: 11oz distilled H20). I'll try to elaborate a little on the ideology behind this practice, but it mainly revolves around oxidizing your physiological wellbeing in a way that would be synergistic to the development of aerobic functions. This is desirable to an extent due to the predominance of aerobic vs. anaerobic bacterium.

Hydrogen peroxide can be relatively harmless and offer some possible benefits if used within the right hands. However, you should still keep in mind that it's a peroxide and thus a very potent oxidizing agent. The solutions you find within local grocery stores are hazardous as they are not purely H202, but they also contain a lot of unpleasant solvents. You have to get very specific form that is food grade and safe for human consumption. The biggest danger comes down to incorrect ratios within the solution and causing a chemical burn and/or spawning some very unwanted discomfort.

Hopefully I see some clear improvement with my G.I function. Also, having healthier skin wouldn't be unwelcomed ( P. Acnes is an anaerobic bacterium that heavily contributes to bacterial-based acne vulgaris)

UPDATE: First week I'm starting lightly with dosages as it's my cautious nature. Hydrogen peroxide can be relatively harmless and offer some possible benefits if used within the right hands. The solutions you find within local grocery stores are hazardous as they are not purely H202, but they also contain a lot of unpleasant solvents.

Food grade hydrogen peroxide is relatively safe if all safety protocols are followed and harm reduction behavior is practiced. H202 is found all over nature and is quite often a component in our nutritional source we rely on as newborns (Mother's milk).

There is an astronomical collection compounds in nature that contribute to healthy intestinal flora, but my experiences have been conflicting with some regiments. Also, I'm trying to see if this would be the most effective "detox" protocol to use when those moments of spontaneous colorectal combustion occur.

    WEEK 1 11/26/2015

    1st week- My ratio was 1:15=6.7% (1 oz 35% H202: 15oz distilled H20) 3x

    2nd week- My ratio was 1:15=6.7% (1 oz 35% H202: 15oz distilled H20) 3x

11/26- Well there isn't too much to report on which is typical considering the only thing that would have happened to me with my luck would have been something like losing control of my bowels at a RedBox and I mistakenly chose to wear white cargo pants. The flavor was negligible and it had no bearing on my day which is alright considering no one enjoys constant interruptions, but I'm hoping to have something of substance in the coming weeks.

12/3- I've had a little bit of diarrhea and some outrageously foul smelling flatulence! Holy shit did this little inconvenience put the cliche protein farts to shame. I swear it smelt like sulfuric gas or something resembling the burning of human hair. I did notice that the the few blemishes on my face healed up in an accelerated fashion. Only reason I make that observatory statement is because they never came to a head and appeared to completely skip over that step in the inflammatory response timeline. My skin has appeared to be more dry on my face, scalp, and forearms. However, winter has come into full effect where I'm living and it's too difficult to legitimately conclude without a doubt that the suddenly dehumidified air didn't play an active role (I react terribly to 75% of the lotions on the market even those that claim non-comedogenic formulas).
