diet help for non lifter
OK my boss came up to me for help.
Yes he's probably 6-3 160 if that. Yes he doesn't obviously diet but he has underlining issues. He has come to me to help him gain weight and I'm not sure how to help honestly.
He has had serious ulcers and bad bleeding inside. He recently had a procedure that has helped and maybe rid of ulcers.
But he has to drink the barium looking drink before he eats just to get food down without being in pain.
With that said I believe most of that is past, now it's basically he just can't have dairy.
Cholesterol is very low to so he has room to play with. Again non lifter that just wants to gain weight.
Thought maybe some guru's could assist here.

What about protein shakes with any which-a-way to thicken the shake for a tasty treat and not be harsh on his stomach.
Also. If he could list out specific foods he likes, this might help. Otherwise he might not eat what's recommended.

Yeah u can do a lot with them.
I eat them but honestly hate them. Not a flavor thing as much as texture. Lol.

Yeah very true.
I'm not sure how serious he is about this.
I want to help him.
But honestly only ever seen him eat is chocolate chip cookies and chicken fingers.
And remind u guys we work in a very upscale restaurant. Have tons of food to choose from.
But he's been through rough times. Wife just left him. So trying to help anyway I can

To make things a bit easier, if you can afford it, why not try fitnessvt.com or thedolcediet.com. These guys are live-in nutritionists for the elite martial artists in the world, however they will help anyone in need...

Non dairy is even better. Many of the top martial artists don't eat/drink dairy. Go to those websites, fitnessvt.com is the better option IMO, they will be on hand to answer any questions yu have within 24hrs. thedolcediet.com is a little more expensive for that option.
