Sugar free Jello and SugarFree Pudding, okay?
It seems harmless, no sugar no fat, just a wee little sodium.
But I was watching the tub of Jello jiggle, and I thought to myself "gee, i would sure hate it if parts of my body started to jiggle like that"
whats the verdict? It taste good, so it must be horrible fo us?

Yeah their fine and I eat them both regularly.
But sugar free pudding has over 2 grams of sodium per box once you add milk.Last edited by numbere; 06-12-2016 at 08:01 PM.
