Lifting and using the core real hardcore to stay erect holding these full logs out in front Of me. Holding then walking with them and lifting and slamming then on the ground to knock the bugs off and then the log splitter
Had some sweet potatoes baked in olive oil afterwords. Some roast beef. Got some clams and chicken wings as well.

Literally bought like 4lbs of roast beef and 2lbs of bbq chicken lunch meat in the past day... Actual quality whole sliced meat .it's on sale cuz of extra shipment.
Literally ate the one whole lb in a few hours as snack with wheat bread. It's all it is ..a snack inbetween my whole foods and such. . I just like that it's actual meat. Ready to eat.
I have yet to become a food proper YET.

At some farm getting pumpkins today. Didn't know there was hay rides and other activities for the kids...and me lol. Was there all day. Hardly ate a thing. Beyond breakfast and sipping on Gatorade And BCAAs...smh.
I gues I will be doing chest tomorrow

Ran out off Whey isolate and almost out my BCAA plus glutamine.
Roughly 20 grams whey with 2% milk pre workout.
Mixed bcaa plus glutamine with Gatorade powder and water
Sipped this during session
Got home post workout and had 40grams whey isolate mixed with 2% organic chocolate milk with added omegas
Waiting an hour roughly and goin to crush a huge bowl of spaghetti with meat balls and Italian sausage plus sauce.

Big ass western style burger. Bacon onions rings etc. Got home from.court. napped for 2 hours. Got up. Had me a roast beef sandwich. Set Iona tree stand had a pulled pork carnita ..got home had left over bite if the sandwich....made my 700 calorie. PB&J sandwich. Slathered coconut oil on wheat bread. Toasted it. Some jelly about 2 servings peanut butted (4tablespoons ). Slapped it together. Dipped it in milk as I ate it. Drank the milk. Bed time. Day after CHeST day. Nice and sore. For the first time in a while thanks to triple drop sets. With a super set at the end. Flat. Incline and decline. Plus pull over. Did me right

Little breakfast. Wish I had my whey isolate and bcaa etc I don't like training if I don't have that rapid release protein post workout at least.
3 whole organic eggs... little runny..with some quality thick ass pieces of bacon fat cut off and paper toweled the grease off.

Pre workout was 20 grams whey.
Drank gotorade and water during.
Post workout. 45 grams hydolized whey and isolate. With milk.
Hour later made this chicken breast. Will have it with a double stacked wheat and white flour wrap. Guda cheese. Lil ranch ..

1 cup oatmeal. 1 cup whole milk , 2 tbl spoons peanut butter, 1 tbl spoon coconut oil. Mixed in half a scoop of hydrolized whey isolate. Cinnamon bun flavor roughly 12.5 grams protein from that

Flame Broiler chicken veggie bowl. 1/2 the normal serving of brown rice, xtra veggies, no magic sauce, no onions. slathered in the NEW triple hot sauce.

1 cup of FAGE Total 0% Greek yogurt, heaping tablespoon of PB Fit, half a scoop of Chocolate protein powder...mix well, let sit in freezer for 5 minutes, re-mix and enjoy...tastes like peanut butter chocolate mousse.
