Pre , during and Post workout intake
Pre workout - hour before 3 whole eggs on wheat bread ..30 minutes pre WO -20 grams hydrolyzed whey isolate with milk
During-Gatorade mix in water, monster energy drink
Post workout -45 grams hydrolyzed whey isolate with 2 cups milk
...1 hour after shake meal- 2x 4oz wild caught Ahi (yellow tuna) steaks. 28grms protein each steak (56 grams total) grilled , rubbed with olive oil .drizzled with organic honey, side of ranch
Can of cherry coke
Now chillin watching the nazi box (t.v)

I cut oatmeal , 1 cup milk
1 tbl spoon coconut oil
2 table spoons roughly 1 serving peanut butter
1/2scoop hydrolyzed whey cinnabon flavor _12.5 grams protein
Mix and enjoy. Slow burning carbs. Fats and some protein for before bed.

pre workout - 1/2 scoop protein powder mixed in cup of Joe
post workout - scoop protein powder, 1/2 cup Total O% FAGE Greek yogurt, heaping spoon of PB Fit, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, handful of ice and a handful of baby spring mix salad mix
snack - same as post workout with small apple
lunch - large baby spring mix salad with 12 oz. smoked ham
dinner - lentils with smoked ham smothered in Chili Colorado made with fat trimmed beef

no gym this morning...had to be up at 2:45am for work...just couldn't drag myself out of bed any earlier than that to make to the gym...will have to force myself after work...HATE trying to get in there after a work day...no motivation...

Coffee plus cream sugar And coconut oil.
During Gatorade and water
Post workout. 45-50 grams hydrolyzed whey isolate w milk
1 hour later. Beef steak. Flat iron pieces for kind like a philly cheese steak minus the cheese. White hoagie bun
French fries , ketchup and ranch. Cherry coke

1-2 Hour later ..wheat wrap , 3 while organic eggs. Runny. .2 pieces of ham and slice of Swiss ..ranch and some organic maple syrup

Little post run with the dog shake. 20 grams whey isolate. Milk and cauliflower with some ranch. Let that absorb then take out some beef stir fry. Rice.
Felt good even though it's about 20 hours or so after a leg session last night

Hour before Pre workout

20grams monster muscle milk
During drank Gatorade , water
Post workout 40gram monster muscle milk
Hour after had 1 large boneless chicken breast, one large sweet potatoes baked in oilive oils as French fries, ketchup, and BBQ sauce.
Probaly some Oikos triple zero Greek yogurt later
And before bed. Wheat bread , coconut oil , 4 tablespoons peanut butter and bowl of milk. And natural preserves strawberry preserves

30min prior 20'grams whey isolate , milk
During water and Gatorade

45'gram whey isolate , 2cups milk
Hour after shake.
Grilled up 2 roughly 1/2-3/4 lb burners. 85% lean beef mixed with venicine 50/50'ratio for the whole batch (roughly 11 burgers)
Grilled 2 and mixed it with this Italian sausage soup my mom made. Onions , potato , a little this and that was in there. Seemed like breaking the burger up into it would taste great. And it did. ..with some cheddar cheese.
Shit was slappin lol
Before bed
Whole,wheat bread toasted with coconut oil spread on, 3-4 tablespoons peanut butter , bowl of milk
