    Best protein rich foods?

I have been loading up on foods that are high in protein, and am wondering what foods, besides nuts, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, peanut butter, and meat (tuna) are healthy and high in protein.

    Thanks!

Cheese Whey protein contains possibly the greatest amino acid profile with the highest bio availability for the human body.

Peanut butters with hydrogenated oils are the worst foods in the world concerning lipid profiles.

Even jiff natty is bad, its got palm oil, full of saturated fat.

Smukers natural is good, only contains peanuts and salt

I like to take this, and weigh out 12ml of grapeseed oil, and 24 grams of powdered peanut butter, mix it up. Taste just like regular, but no saturated fat, all mono and poly unsaturated fat, plus 10g protien

eggs, wild salmon, mackerel, sunflower seeds, gouda cheese, edam cheese, chicken and turkey breasts, beef ... get creative, and just reading the nutritional profile labels unveils alot for me... be careful with nuts and seeds, over do on them too much and too frequent and you are putting yourself in danger getting some allergies etc, but I guess this goes for everything, gotta mix and change things constantly to keep nice balance within

Steak, eggs, and nuts can't go wrong with them. Buy a nice chuck roast (pretty cheap) and cook it up for the week...delicious.

I make this every week and usually lasts a couple days.

    Damn you yanks.
Why is it always sunny, and why do you all have grills in the garden. Life would be so easy if I could just go grill up some meats!

Nice video though Blackhat. I've used cheap steak before and its tough as old boots, but I havent stewed/slow cooked it before.

Whats a better muscle building protein

6 oz 99% fat free chicken or 6oz of trimmed lean prime beef?

    Or are they equal

Can we get bunk beds? We'd have so much more room for activities!
