bake a bunch: sweet tatters. bring yogurt!

well, i'm not crazy about cooking all the god damned time and pretty soon i won't be able to make a steak for lunch unless somebody has a gas grill out yonder.

so this is one idea i had

    1. just wrap sweet tatters in foil and bake'em then packem. boom. so easy

    2. buy a case or 3 of the greek yogurt plain cups [costco] and take 6 or so with you to work! bam easy. if i remember right, like each cup has 21 grams of protein in it.

i think i'm going to do this on my next cycle.

this and the canned tuna, plus oatmeal and fish oil thing should make life much easier.

Don't forget the sardines and tuna creations. I would boil some eggs too and pack them. Variety is a pain in the butt!

If you have time to cook steak at luch just buy a small grill. You can get grills small enough for just a couple steaks. Gas or charcoal.
