Help lookong to improve myself
Well am 5"6" 190 pounds i feel overweight i have man boobs and looking for a diet and excerise plan to help me achieve my goal of 170 pounds fatloss and muscle gain any info will help thank you

Do you have any pets?
Do you prefer chocolate or vanilla?
Which gym do you attend?
Do you have siblings?
Have you ever had sea food?

You say you have been working out and no results?
How is your sleep?
Your lifestyle?
Nutrition?
Blood work(check up etc)
The body is like a car.
Picture my 2004 Kia rio(I keep alive)
It runs,not as strong as new though. It is weak,idles rough etc.
So do I run it harder and add an intake,exhaust,tune?
Or how about a turbo kit?
Sure if I want to blow it up.
Have to check it's fuel source, air filter, oil change, fuel filter, spark plugs.
So get a check up and see whats going on,
eat healthy(no processed food) clean foods like whole yams,oats,naturals,the good stuff. Chicken breast.
Ensure your getting your micronutrients(iodine,vitamins and minerals,omegas,)
and have a good routine in place. You can do it.
