new diet
help me out, this is my diet tell me if it is any good, i am 173lb and 5'11
trying to lose fat build muscle
can of tuna fish
2 slices wheat bread
workout
protein shake
tbl honey
6 egg whites
1 yolk
oatmeal
chicken or fish
baked potato
vegetables
protein shake
2 tbl natural peanut butter
cottage cheese

1/2 cup oats
workout
protein shake
tbl honey
tuna
1 cup rice
chicken or fish
vegetables
lean red meat, or chicken
veggie
flax
cottage cheese
I'd go with somewthing along these lines instead.
