Help with macros and calories please
I've been training 18 months and went from 173lbs to 197lbs but now it's time to cut can anyone help with calorie Intake/macros
I weight train 5 days a week as well as 90 mins cardio a week. I'm 6 ft 2 and want to get lean within the next 3 months for a holiday.
All help is appreciated thanks in advance

Was a dirty lazy bulk I didn't count anything just ate as much as I could.

I'd try for 200p 50-75fat and just start manipulating your carbs. Track your next day of eating and see if it's close to what you were doing before and use that as your starting carb number. Drop carbs every week until the scale is moving in the right direction.
