Hi guys I'm 27 5,11 235lbs and around 12-14%bf. I've put together a diet that I've Been doing for the past 6-7 months I've done 2 steroid cycles 1st was test E 500mg 2x a week and mast E along with arimidex and correct pct clomid and nolvadex . 2nd cycle was test E and tren e again with arimidex HCG and am currently in the 3rd week of pct. I'm planning to stay on this diet for another 2 months the start cutting. Just basically wanted to no if 1 the diet is any good or does it need to be changed/adjusted and 2 should I stay on this same diet when cutting but just reduce the calories and amount or carbs. Also I've got a very active job where I'm on my feet for a lot of the date if it makes much difference. The diet is..............

Meal 1:
2 whole eggs 3 egg whites
2tbs peanut butter
120g oats 1 scoop whey protein
1 whole meal bagel with honey

Meal 2:
200g wholemeal pasta
250g chicken
1 cup spinach

Meal 3re workout
400g baked potato
30g cheddar cheese
250 lean steak mince

Post workout recovery shake

Meal 4: post workout
300g white rice
200g chicken
1 cup broccoli

Meal 5:
2 scoops casein powder.

Also have a bag of animal pac vitamins and minerals and omeg 3 capsules I have between 3.5-4.5 litres of water a day all mixed with BCAA powder
