    Skim milk cheese

    25 cal
    0 fat
    2 carbs
    4 prot
    1 sugar
Any reason why would you not use it while cutting? Let's say to mix 1 or 2 singles in you egg whites. It would add 50 cals, 4g carsbs and 8g protein per 2 singles

I use low or no fat cheese all the time for a variety of diff things..it gets hard eating the same things with no variation a little cheese adds flavor..it won't hurt you as long as it fits in your macros it's fine..
