removing dairy, what before bed?
Many people have been recommending removing dairy products from one's diet when cutting. Cottage cheese is supposed to be a good think to eat before bed because the protein is slow release. If one is not having dairy products, what should they eat before bed for a good source of slow protein?

A good protein source before bed is, (like abstrack said, casien powders) egg whites, chicken breast, tuna, etc, etc.
