Missed this. I keep it simple, just like keto. For diet I just do 25g fat/25g protein x 6 meal/d, adjust with snacks of almonds/cream cheese if too low.
For shakes I just use extra heavy whipping cream (1/4 - 1/2 cup), almond or coconut milk or water, scoop of natty pb and whey w/cinnamon and ginger.
Can add psyllium for texture/thickness but drink quick.
