    Macro check for lean bulk...

Trying to reach 190 lbs lean. Current macro spread:

    Carbs - 300g
    Protein - 200g
    Fat - 60g (with 4g Omega 3 included)

Also FWIW, sodium is 780mg, sugar intake is 11g.

I'm on 350mg testosterone for 10 weeks and 20mg Pharmacom Anavar for the final 8. The Anavar is currently dosed low as I've never used it before and just started, so I'm going up 10mg at a time to assess tolerance.

Often I go 200 calories higher than this which I fill with whatever if I've done cardio.

Usually I would lean bulk natty on 300 calories less, but having said that, my natty T is ~350 ng/dl and I struggle with many low-T symptoms, so I might need more kcal with the T levels of a real man in me.

My calculations are that you are eating 2540 cals per day, which is not near enough. You should shoot for 3000 because you are on gear and weigh 190.

I maintain on 2000 mate, and I'm very strict with diet tracking on MFP, everything including fish oil pills gets put on there. I suspect I would get obese on 3000.

What do you think of the macro split though?

For a lean bulk I'm not sure whether I'd be better off as is, or lower carb, higher fat. I find I don't lose any energy on 150 g carbs, can work out fasted and hit the same numbers or personal bests too. Not sure what that implies about my body.

    Cheers, and nice avi lol.

The macro split is probably ok though, 200g of protein is spot on I think.

    190lbs x 15 = 2850 for maintenance cals I would guess.

I cannot go higher carbs than protein or I gather fat.
