What time is best for carbs?

Right now i am 5'10 about 210lbs with 12-13 percent body fat. Goal for the next five weeks is to get my bodyfat down to about 8-10percent. I am a very active athlete, so i do feel the need to have a good serving of complex carbs with every meal. Does anyone have any advice with a meal plan as far as giving me different times, when i should increase or decrease my intake of carbohydrates.

    Sample meal plan:
    wakeup @7:30 cardio from 8:30-9
    9am 8 eggwhites
    2 packets instant oatmeal
    1 piece of fruit
NOON 5oz healthy choice turkey of chicken breast on whole wheat bread
    apple or orange

    3pm: same as noon meal
    5pm: workout
6pm: 1 muscle milk shake, orange
9pm: 8 oz of grilled chicken or fish(salmon, tuna, or flounder)
6oz baked potato,or rice, and green beans.

    10:30 bedtime

Gonna eat the same thing at noon and then 3 hours later ?? That might get a little "ugh"

The baked potato / rice near the end of the day is a lot of carbs if you saying you're trying to cut back on carbs. I would think you'd want to cut back (if not out) the carbs later in the evening meals.

What time is best for carbs?

The most important time for carbs is in the morning, post workout and post-post workout. Low gi carbs in the am, high gi carbs PWO, and hi/low gi carbs PPWO. Since your trying to lower your bf...then try having veggies/protein and fat/protein in the other meals. Alot of good sample diets in the archives.
