IMO, the concept of "estrogenic fat" is horse manure. It's essentially defined as "stubborn fat." Virtually all web references you find (and I only found 4 such references on an engine search of the term) will be part of a sales pitch. However, by nature, estrogenic fat is female fat (as opposed to androgenic fat, which would be male fat).

The bottom line is simple: Fat is fat. The concept of estrogenic fat as it's used in sales pitches implies that you can "spot reduce," a concept that has been disproven many times over. A balanced diet and good workout routine will reduce fat, and some cycles will help reverse the body fat-to-lean muscle mass ratio. But the notion of estrogenic fat as opposed to any other kind of body fat is essentially nonsense.
