Been training for 5 years, past 2 years very seriously. I'm 21 and want to take it to the next level.
I'm 5'11 at 185 pounds. My goal is to cut down fat but still be able to build muscle during the cut.

Should I still eat a calorie deficit? My previous natty cuts I was eating 2300 calories 40/30/30 with 200g protein
Do you think that I can use this diet or should I change osmething.
