I hate broccoli..... I still eat it. You need them, it's not about eating what you want to eat.... it's about eating what you have got to eat to get results.

You have to learn to eat when your not hungry and eat things you don't like.

You could always add raw veg to shakes and drink away.

Food for purpose not for pleasure. Get creative.

    - Hot Sauce, Soy Sauce, Zero calorie whatever Sauce

    - 101 Spices

    - Blended into a shake or hidden in rice

Vegetables are necessary for micro nutrition and digestion. You could eat all the protein in the world won't do you any good if you can't digest or break it down.

Would you rather be happy for 5 minutes eating food you like or be happy for the rest of your life as you achieve your goals and dreams of the body you want?

The micronutrients from veggies are important as they are more bioavailable than supplements and vitamins.

The other thing to consider is the fiber that you get from veggies which is also important for your digestive health. Try eating just meat for a while and skipping veggies all together, you’ll probable feel like shit, end up plugged up and have painful hemmroids (I really don’t recommend this)

Find one green veggie that you really like and figure out the best way to prepare it and make that your staple vegetable. For me that’s green beans and broccoli. A little lite soy sauce can ho a long way. I’ll even sauté them and add a pinch of sugar for flavor (if it fits in your macros then why not?). Sometimes I’ll sauté kale, add a little salt and pepper and throw a little cottage cheese on top. Even the canned mixed veggies aren’t too bad (like green beans, corn and carrots), although I wouldn’t recommend eating this everyday.

Another approach i use is cheese with veggies. Or sour cream, or non fat plain yogurt. There are options. Just see what you like and figure out a way to add flavor without screwing up your macros. I’m like you though and I really don’t like veggies. I supplement fiber in the mornings with citrucel. And always have veggies for at least 2 of my other meals later in the day, prepared in such a way that it’s not like eating veggies.

Nobody wants to do s widowmaker set but we all want big legs. Everyone wants to be ripped but everyone hates cardio.

Consider the veggies like a diet set, you have to get through it. Eat them all raw at the start of your meal. Look at it like an exercise you have to master that you hate to reach your goals. Like a good morning.

    Consider it food cardio.

Make yourself do it. Exactually what marcus said.

I never meet anyone over 25 complain about eating their vegetables....
Is it all veges or just certain ones?
Just mix em up in your rice, add salt, chow down
