water retention
Hallo Guys,
I need advices to reduce the water retention under the skin.
I have a good bf % now , but too much water retention.
I'm planning to eliminate protein powder in the evenening before bed, drinking green tea every day, increase consumption of potassium, reduce sodium... etc.
Can you give me some advices about appropriate foods, supplements and methods?

Sodium is extremely important in the diet - you sweat out just as much salt as you do water when training. If you tank your sodium intake you can easily end up looking very flat on your physique. In addition, the average diet has very little iodine which is needed for healthy thyroid function. Unless you planning on stuffing yourself with kelp/seaweed there are very few foods that have high bioavailable iodine.
How much water are you drinking currently both on training and non training days ? Are you currently on cycle ? if so which compounds ?
Taking any supplements besides Protein Powder ?
Can you post a typical day of eating ?

Currently I drink about 4 liters of water a day totally, I'm not on cycle now but I'm finishing my pct (clomid 50 mg a day), in addition to protein powder I take creatine, bcaa, acetyl carnitine, vit C. vit D3, glutamine, omega3
During the workout I sweat so much, more than others people, and I look like a fountain, especially now with the heat

Probably bad advice but 4-5 drinks of whisky will dehydrate you overnight.

Don’t get me wrong here OP but a lot of people think they are suffering water retention when it is actually fat retention.
4 litres of water a day is more than enough.
Wait til after your PCT ends and your hormones level out, that may help more than anything.NO SOURCES GIVEN

I understand what you mean ... but I think it's water because touching the skin of the abdomen this vibrates in a very "watery" way... just as if there was a liquid layer under the skin like when I touch the water bag ...but maybe I'm wrong!
Anyway ... I'll also wait for the hormones to rise and I'll see.
