i agree......100%...... non-fat/low-fat.... normally means High sugar, .... high sugar will spike your insulin and promote storage ...even if there is no fat in the meal the carbs will be stored as fat most likely.... check the carbs on it, ..and see if they are from sugar .. good luck .MURPHQuote:

Nothing out of the ordinary... tuna, chicken salad, ect...
i use lite safflower mayo. it has some good EFA's w\ 0g sat fat

i use it every single day, either with tuna fish (low sodium ) or chicken breast. I loveit!
