    Advise

    I'm on cut My workout at 17:00 can i eat carbs after workout or just veggie and protein?

    You should if on a cut, eat the bulk or all of your carbs pre and post workout with protien.

    Rest of the day eat you veggies and protien

    Rest day no carbs ? Only workout day ? Or you mean on supper ?

    Of course eat carbs daily

    On non workout days reduce by 25%

    On workout days consume post and pre
