Meal 1:
2 egg white or 1 beef sausage
or
2 Hash brown patty
and
2 cup milk 2% (instant coffee no water)
1 scoop whey

Meal 2:
2 Chicken boneless thighs grilled (10oz)
1 scoop whey

or

2 Tilapia fillet grilled (10oz)
1 scoop whey

Meal 3
1 salmon fillet (4oz)
1 tilapia filet (4oz)
1 scoop whey

Post workout 2 scoop whey

Before bed time
1 activia yogurt
1 scoop whey

I use air fryer so pretty much all meat and fish are grilled. I can't eat a lot of chicken. I will usually add some veggies here and there.
