well i guess you could say im a hard gainer..
I'm a whopping 130lbs, 6'2 17yrs old.. i eat tons.. and no matter what i do i cant gain weight..
Any good diets or specific food ideas to help gain some bulk? And what kind of meals should you eat before and after a workout? and how much carbohydrates should i be eating? if anyone wants to make up a 6 meal a day menu for me feel absolutly free =)
any help would be appreciated
