    diet revised, please critique

    legend: (protein, carbs, fat)

    MEAL ONE
    1/2 cup oatmeal + 1 cup milk + 1 scoop protein powder (24, 38.5, 8)
    grapefruit (.8, 10, .1)
    protein shake (1 cup milk + 2 scoop protein powder) (29, 15, 6.5)

    MEAL TWO
    can of tuna (30, 0, 1.25)
    1/2 sweet potato (1.75, 18, .08)
    protein shake (29, 15, 6.5)

    MEAL THREE
    can of tuna (30, 0, 1.25)
    pb/j sandwich (13, 34, 17.5)
    protein shake (29, 15, 6.5)

    MEAL FOUR
    can of tuna (30, 0, 1.25)
    protein shake (29, 15, 6.5)

    MEAL FIVE
    can of tuna (30, 0, 1.25)
    protein shake (29, 15, 6.5)

    totals (304.55, 175.5, 63.18)

    i workout between meal two and meal three. *my sleeping schedule is jacked:
    2pm wake up, meal one
    5pm meal two
    6pm workout
    8-8:30pm meal three
    10-11pm meal four
    1am meal five
    5am sleep

    on days i have school (tues/thrus):
    2pm wake up, meal one
    5pm meal two
    6pm school
    8pm can of tuna (in class)
    9:15pm workout
    11pm meal three
    1am meal four
    2am meal five
    5am sleep

    forgot to mention that i wanna gain >lean< muscle mass...

    also, going on the assumption that:
    1g protein = 4 cals
    1g carbs = 3.75 cals
    1g fat = 9 cals

    then i'm getting roughly 2445 calories a day.
