    Thumbs up help w/ dieting

    need help with eating going to start first cycle of deca and wondering if i'm eatin enough. I'm 5'10 182lbs trying to get around 200lb taking it slow
    currently eatin:
    3000 calories
    370 grams protein
    267 grams carbs
    43 grams of fat

    is this enough or do i need more
    thanks for advice in advance

    If you need to come on here and ask if you're eating enough before starting a cycle, I recommend you learn more about bodybuilding nutrition and steroid cycles before cycling.

    I would bump your carbs up more to around 400 for your bodyweight. try that for 2 weeks and if youve gained 1-2 lbs keep it there. If not bump up another 100 grams. you will then. post on steroid questions for the deca questions. Also just keep reading and learning just like you have been apparently by ASKING QUESTIONS.... the way to learn.

    i think your getting more than 3000 cals if your consuming that much protien, carbs, and fat....or is it all from shakes????

    At 185-200 300 calories is like maintenace. go to around 4000. Just watch the BF if your worried about that. If its 2 much just do more cardio. Wanna keep those calories in ya to gain weight.

    Basic guidelines for diet while on a bulker:
    calories/day = 25 x body weight in lbs
    protein grams/day = 1.5 x body weight in lbs

    Advanced guidelines (which you should do):
    Take your time, train, eat... learn your body, your cal burn/day, and what it takes you to bulk naturally, and add to that accordingly.............
