loose the apple and they whey and add more eggs
meal 2
loose the bannana (stay away from simple carbs untill after workout)
meal 3
up the cottage cheese to 2 cups for more protien, and if you get tired of oatmeal add something like brown rice.
meal 4
you need more dextrose...either up the gatorade, or throw some honey in your PWO shake...or even buy some dextrose. (you nedd 75 grams)
meal 5
up the carbs here..this is where you can get away from it...try 1 cup of brown rice, and 1/2 a yam or something...just get more carbs
meal 6
loose the strawberrys, add 1 tablespoon of natty PB
That should help....
Only other advise is if you ever wake up during the night have a premade shake you can slam to prevent your body from even getting close to catabolic.

Nice post Stone Cold. I think I will actually try that menu also. Never even thought about dextrose. Forgot all about it.
Damn. You guys are gonna make me add up the calories and stuff.
