    usually when they reduced the fat on a product the carb content bumps up in place of the fat.

    i agree......100%...... non-fat/low-fat.... normally means High sugar, .... high sugar will spike your insulin and promote storage ...even if there is no fat in the meal the carbs will be stored as fat most likely.... check the carbs on it, ..and see if they are from sugar .. good luck .MURPH

    I use it and love it! It has less than 1gram of sugar per serving... hope that's not too much for you guys

    i use it every single day, either with tuna fish (low sodium ) or chicken breast. I loveit!
