    please look my cutting diet

    My cutting diet:
    08:00 hs am- 40 min cardio(empty stomach)
    09:00 hs am- protein shake(whey protein )
    10:00 hs am- ½ cup oatmail(w/ water) + 1 orange+ 1 banana+ shake(egg protein)
    13:00 hs pm -two spoons of rice + salad + breast chicken
    16:00 hs pm- post workout: protein shake(whey protein)+3 bananas
    17:30 hs pm-protein shake(egg protein)+ ½ cup oatmail(w/ wather) +1 banana
    20:00 hs pm-protein shake(egg protein)
    23:00 hs pm-protein shake(whey protein)

    my cycle is of the 8 weeks
    fina 75 mg eod
    Winnie 50 mg eod
    Bold 500 mg per week

    Supplements:
    r-ala 300 mg per day
    yohimbine 15 mg per day
    xenadrine 2 caps before cardio

    >your first meal should be solid one and not the protein shale IMO

    One medium banana contains only 0.6 grams of fat, but eating 3 anyhow isn't helping you at all w/glycogen replinishment.

    can i eat 3 bananas + 2 apple post workout?
    anything else?is the remaining portion of the diet ok?

    In my opinion WAY too many shakes and not enough real food. I'd scrap this entire diet and figure one up based on real food and not shakes.

    what do u and u guys think of this diet for cutting it up:
    mon-tues-wed-fri
    20min AM CARDIO
    20min post workout cardio
    #1 Protien shake / 1/2 cup oats
    #2 U-turn or Detour bar
    #3 Gym
    ** post workout shake
    40g protien 3 g ( i know you suppose to have post workout carbs but im not tring to gain at all)
    #4 grilled chicken breat either on low calorie wheat or 1/2 cup of oats
    #5 Boca burger or chicken breast with green veggies
    #6 6 egg whites or a time release shake
    mon-fri sat and sunday cheat eat healthy during saturday at night cheat and sunday 1 cheat meal
    what do u think?
