This is my staple for carbs for my new clean bulk diet. With this I should be able to add lean muscle and virtually no fat.

I stick to plain nuked potatoes and oatmeal. Also the regular fruits and veggies. I don't even bother with rice or pasta anymore. Too much of a pain to cook.
I've been staying lean all summer with this and I might do 2 20min light cardio sessions a week just to say I did.
