Voltaren gel and occasionally a DMSO in aloe gel topical that Kel mentioned a year or five ago. It's available on Amazon.

Also, I occasionally use Penetrex for aches and pains....it's has some arnica in it. I remember when I first bought it the wife asked me what it was. I said Penetrex......sex lube. Then I started rubbing it on my elbow and walking towards her. She ran away.

Penetrex is available on Amazon, Swanson's, etc.

It just depends on what kind of aches I'm having as to which one is used.

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
