For your 8pm meal I would do something different than that. You are already having 10tbsp of olive oil by that point and tuna and mayo is just so boring. Why not have a small steak or some skinned chicken? That will keep you at zero carbs give you some good protein and the fat really won't matter. Just my .02. But if you are going to do a CKD then why eat like you are on a normal carb based diet i.e. tuna. But then again it looks fine how it is just figured you could spice it up at little. Also, with the eggs you can do the four whole or something like 3 whole and three whites. This will give you a few more carbs 2 approx but a good amount of additional protein.

I usually cut out dairy while cutting, but you could leave it in there till you plateau.

Only thing though that i would really change is to substitute about half your olive oil with flaxseed oil.

Oh and also i would throw in a little bit more veggies, just make sure you pick the ones low in carbs and high in fiber.

Get rid of the olive oil and or the flaxseed oil and get some Udo's Oil. It is bar none the best essential oil on the market today...it is readily available in Canada too.

I have to disagree with money boss a little...do not get rid of the olive oil. I say this b/c the olive oil is key due to the monounsaturated fat that it offers. Now if that udo oil is loaded with it then fine but if not use the olive oil and some flax also. But the key with the olive oil as I assume you already know is the mono fats.
