Does anyone use a diet that requires a minimum of prep for meals? I know I'm never gonna be whipping up omelets and meatloafs after the first 3 weeks of my cycle. Too time consuming and boring. Any tips?

pre-cook your meals in bulk ..(chicken breasts and such).. i cook about 2-3 days of the week this way........as for the eggs.........hard boil them,...... they are there anytime you want them, and you can separate the yellow/white easily this way aswell...Quote:

Yep same thing here. I barbeque all my meat on Sunday and stick it in tupperware, do the same thing with my carbs (yams or rice), all my veggies are frozen. I only cook twice a day and that is when I make my omeletes (takes like 5 mins), the other times I just microwave pre-cooked food or have a protein shake.
