    Proteins help

    Hi im training every day for one hour and a half my weight is 94 kilos and and my height is 1.93. Im 22 years old. I take 3 meals a day. Im taking proteins with milk shakes since two months now. Can you tell me when should i take them and how much??? and what is the "perfect" weight for my height??? I been trainning for six months

    There really is no average good wt for ht.... It all depends on the person....if you are 5'10 200 at 20% bf and Bob is 5'10 200 lb at 9% bf, well then your ideal weight is not going to be the same even though you are both currently the same height and weight. your bf % and current weight will be the determining factors for your ideal weight.
