    just the 1st half done so far!!!

    Cycle D-bol 25mg ed, Deca 300mg ew
    Bulking cycle

    I am doing 4400 cals, 330 protein, 550 carbs and 122 fat per day!!

    Stats: 25, 6'2", 218lbs, bf ???
    Goals: Bulk during this cycle then cut after

    meal 1 : 7 a.m.
    1 protein shake
    1 banana
    1cup blueberries
    english muffin
    1oz. walnuts
    5 whole wheat crackers

    Calories : 738
    Protein : 51g
    Carbs : 94g
    Fat : 20.5g

    meal 2 : 10 a.m.
    1 Nutri-Grain Bar
    1cup 1% fat cottage cheese
    Plain Bagel
    1cup Broccoli

    Calories : 438
    Protein : 42g
    Carbs : 90g
    Fats : 43g

    meal 3 : 1 p.m.
    7oz. Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 apple
    2 cups corn
    2tbsp natural peanut butter

    Calories : 809
    Protein : 84g
    Carbs : 75g
    Fats : 40g

    If your trying to bulk I would try to have all my meals consist of real food and not protein shakes and Nutri-Grain Bars.

    When I bulk I try to eat every 2 to 2.5 hours.

    Also I would put some test in that cycle. You will get better gains, feel better and best of all not get Deca Dick.
