    What is your Body Fat %

    I was wondering what everyones body fat % is. Right now I am at 16% and I am planning on going down to around 10-12%

    13-14% right now while bulking. When i start cutting and a new cycle I hope to be a solid 8% atleast for a while.

    When bulking my highest hits 13% durring the summer I stay around 9% and 10%. I don't like to go lower because it becomes very hard for me to maintain the lower bf. The lowest I've been was in the 7's and I was 31 years old (33 now) at the time. Damn I'm getting old!

    it was just under 8%, probably 9-10% after this past weekend! Rocky Road ice cream and guinesses don't do a body well

    I'm bulking right now so It's around the 17% mark. When I cut though I can get down to around 7% pretty easy.

    How the hell did this get bumped?

    Oh well...I'm game......I recently measured just under 13%, but I don't really believe it...I think I am a lot closer to 14-16. Funny how a bf% of 23-26 doesn't chnage no matter what you eat. Get it down around 15 and a week of fun can kick it back up some. I bet that around 8-9....a friggin coke and a snickers will show up under the skin....complete with the wrapper.

    Lucky for me I've got a high metabolism, never been above 12% during a hardcore bulking period, and I'm at a lean 6.5% right now
