diet phase 1 ...what do you think?
Right now im 5'9 240 about 15% bf and im looking to cut to 215 and then build back up eating a clean diet. My trainer wrote me up this diet ....let me know what you think.
6 egg whites
4 oz beef pattie
1 pk oatmeal ( the healthy kind not the processed sugar shit)
6 oz skim milk
12 oz water
1 6oz can of tuna or 8 oz turkey breast
2 cups of salad w/ 1/2 tomato and cucumber
2 oz vinegar or low carb dressing
8-12 oz of protein (chicken breast, lean ground beef, turkey breast,fish)
2 cubs of cabbage,spinach, string beans or broccoli
another damn salad
water
protein shake with less than 10 carbs
8-12 oz protein
salad
2 cup sof string beans
water
protein shake.
