    Mono/polyunsaturated fat question

    What is the difference??? Is one better than the other?

    monosaturated fats are things like olive oil. they're typically eaten to protect your HDL cholesterol levels. polysaturated fats are the EFA's that your body needs to burn off saturated/monosaturated fats and also raise metabolism/circulation. these are your omega-3-6-9 EFA's that you find in fish and flax seed/udo's oil. you can do a ton more reading at udo's page.
