Hi All,

I was at the stage where I was trying to cut, loosing too much weight, but somehow I can't manage to get a 'ripped' look. For now I decided to stick to a maintenance diet. Let me know what ya'll think.

I am 5'11, 21 years old, used to be very fat but lost alot and now come in at around 155lbs. Train weights 4x a week, cardio 3x a week (20 minutes, after weights).

PS: please note that all meats (like turkey, chicken) are breast meat only. Also just a quick word: I train on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday. I do medium carb on training days, lower carb on off days, and one carb up day a week - on Sunday. Thanks!
