Carbs?
I have always wondered this, If you body can only metabolize 35-50 grams of protein in a sitting, is there a limit of how many carbs your body can metabolize? I was curious because if I am gonna eat 50 carbs in a meal (which I do rarely) I want to to tee of and eat 200 if I don't absorb them. THANKS

Your body can metabolize much more carbs than protein in the same period of time. Carbs, especially processed or simple carbs are turned into glucose very quickly and either used for energy or stored as fat. I am sure there is a limit to how many carbs your body can process at one time, but it will be much higher than the amount of protein.
