    Flax oil?

    Where do I get flax oil? I looked for it at the grocery store yesterday but didn't see it.

    Barleans is what I use but man is that stuff nasty. Great product but they need to add some flavor to it.

    Do you take it with a table spoon or mix it? If you mix it and still taste it you think it went rancid from poor storage? I've never had a bad after taste with it at all.

    Get Udo's Oil. It's a blended oil...and it beats flax oil by a mile.

    I Tblspn it. I mixed it once with a shake and had a after taste after each swig. I suppose expiration could be the culprit.


    I just started eating this Multigrain hot cereal.
    160 cals per serving, 450mg of EFA's per serving from flax
    25g carbs
    3g fats
    6g protein

    A little salt and the shit is good. Made by Hodgskins Mills I think. Brown and purple box
