help with ckd/keto diet
Im gonna start a ckd style diet with a carb up day once a week. I was told this will help prevent muscle loss while on low carbs. Im keeping my non-workout day carbs around 50 and my workout day carbs around 100. In the mornings i have started eating eggs whites and some ham mixed in with a little oatmeal...and then i have carbs in my pwo shake. Any suggestions on what to change to get this to work?....also suggestions on foods and meals will be greatly appreciated.

Oats and pwo carbs are not part of a CKD.
