I was wondering if anyone new the nutriton contents of tonic water, on the weekends i have been drinking 2 glasses of absolute and tonic, i diet my ass off, but so far i see no damge from it, it seems like i wake up the next day even more shredded, if anyone knows a site or has a clue of the nutritional contents of tonic water that would be awesome, i know there some sugar in it but i wonder how much, thanks!

Nothing is wrong with tonic water, as a matter of fact the quinine (i believe thats the right spelling) helps prevent muscle cramping. But Absolut vodka is a definite bad move. Alcohol is a diuretic, which is why you seem to be more shredded. There are too many ill effects to list, if you are serious about getting in better shape, ditch the booze. Nothing is wrong with once a week, just don't make a habit of it.
