Diet through cycle

Ok,he it goes.I hoping to ask this question so it is understood and not sounding stupid.I am going on a Sus and D-bol cycle at 11% bodyfat,18#of fat, and was wondering if I taper my jumbo calorie diet (4000)down towards the end of my cycle will or can I lose some of the fat w/o hurting my gains?I know this isn't a cutting cycle but I thought since I only want to lose a little fat I could use the extra energy i'm gonna to expend (to get the most out of my cycle)and increase of muscle (which should speed up my motabolism)to lose my middle.If I do taper it,will I be doing it after my cycle is done since the Sus will be there for another few weeks?
